  The staff of the Elegant Guest House is very helpful and friendly. They helped me with anything I needed. The room is what you can expect for this kind of money: big enough, the beds are fine, the bathroom is okay (clean floor, but the walls a bit greasy). Most of the rickshawdrivers cannot easily recognize the address - make sure you take a busi... what people say » ness card or ask them to call the hotel (give them the phone number); or tell them to drop you at Snow World, it is only a few minutes from there to t - Bright, nicely lit bathroom so I could see myself shaving. Although I'm American, I also liked the Indian style toilet and having one drain for the entire bathroom. Made washing clothes very easy. My room was also in the vack and quiet, on a very busy street. The wifi router fried and it took a day to get a replacement working again, but the staff pursued it diligently.
