The staff were flawless in their service - extremely helpful. We were offered a late checkout as our flight was at 1.30am. They also took care of our luggage and organised a taxi. We extended our stay and they offered the same rate as when we first booked. Breakfast buffet was lovely and the room was comfortable and stylish. -
