Location, very central to the city area. Staff a very helful, good breaky and free internet.

It's a kind of red light district, no hassles etc just a lot of activity

Good location. Good value for money.

It's promoted like an 'artist hotel'. But there's nothing artsy about it, except for some old festival posters.
