Everything. The hotel was very clean and the room was extremely clean. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location is central and easy to reach. I recommend and would stay there again.hotel was very close to the central station, it was reletively basic but very clean, bed and shower were fine. Good location. Good location especially for me. Poor facilities. Budget hotel. Overall average. Where there is room for improvement is to offer glasses (plastic or glass) so we are able to drink in the room, hair dryer and regular size bath towels in the rooms. The only negative side is that there is a small 'red zone' between the hotel and the main train station. the room was a little small however was still adequate for my needs, i would be happy to stay there again and most probably will if and when i am next in hamburg. Some staff members didn't speak any English, some staff members could be more friendly. Price is high. The Hotel was very basic and surrounded by prostitutes on the outside. Iobserved two people using a crack pipe in the street and a warning signsaying no guns, knives, baseball bats?? I specifically asked for a non-smoking room, and the room I was given stank of cigarettes. All myclothes and property then smelt of cigarettes. We would have gone toanother hotel but for the credit card guarentee!.

- From Steintordamm continue straight ahead along Adenauerallee
- Turn left at the crossroads to enter Steindamm
- From Steindamm, continue into Danziger Straße and after approx. 50 metres turn left into Brennerstraße
