We took this hotel for one night before our flight from Duesseldorf. We found that it was the very comfortable place and it was completely suitable for our expectation and purposes. nice room, good beds, very clean, good breakfast buffet. Our room had a balcony!. Meals were very good. Waitress outstanding. the staff we very friendly and accomadating.
all reviews » friendly staff, beds, near airport. It wasn't so close to the airport as I expected, it took about 10 minutes by bus to get there. But the room was large and clean. I spent there only 1 night, so cannot add any more. great, generous breakfast, friendly staff despite late arrival. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. near t air port nice rome nice. Room decorations are not same style as reception area, a bit outdated. No a/c in rooms, was a bit hot at night. Noise coming form Airport. The rooms are very basic, but good enough for a night stay before catching a flight.It was very difficult to find and get to since the roads in Dusseldorf are very hard to navigate. No lift in annexe. airport noise, but expected. no plug in sink. Vegetarian offer in restaurant very poor, the quality of the one dish offered not acceptable. the smell of the room, that the room was half under earth level. Close to the airport, take of and landing noise of planes. it was a bit noisy and there could be a curtain in the bathroom.Parking was a problem. water was not very warm for a shower. perhaps noice. No curtain around the Bath which includes the Shower, so the bathroom was always flooded! Our claims did'nt impress the reception ladies!. Room decor quite dated. very poor breakfast buffet. (no hot food, only bread, cheese and cornflakes). cleanning. The Hotel has two parts, front and an annex in the back, we were their, no lift, and with heavy suitcases not nice. The hotel had drunken guests in the Annex and they made a lot of noise.The hotel was shabby and for the price , not worth it. I would not stay here again. It had a very offputting smell,a bit old and musty.the level of the rooms.

You can reach our hotel via the following motorways:
From the A3: Proceed along to Breitscheider Kreuz. From there, you turn to the A52, following the signs to the airport and change to the A44 in the direction of the airport. You leave the A44 at the exit for Stockum and at the third traffic light, you turn right into the Niederrheinstrasse.

From the A57: Proceed along to Kaarster Kreuz, where you turn to the A52 in the direction of Düsseldorf. You follow the signs for the airport and head across a bridge to a motorway, where you will follow the signs for the airport. At the exit, turn left in the direction of "Messegelände" and at the next traffic light, turn right into the Niederrheinstrasse.

You can reach the exhibition centre by underground train U79 (one station) and then you take the U78 direct to the fair. The airport can be reached by bus 760. The station is 50 metres from the hotel. The city centre can also be reached by underground within 18 minutes.
