I had to stay one night stop-over flight, so when I booked this room it was because the free Transfer service from/to airport not so common in this town, was just 5 minutes away from Terminal 3. excellent option if you are just on transit. Staff was really friendly and atmosphere was like to stay at home. Not the standard hotel , just 12 rooms very cool. Excellent breakfast service and above all very comfort room clean and totally new. all reviews » A cosy not expensive hotel near the airport. It is very convenient to stay there before your flight. A manager was so kind that met us at the U-station and brought to the hotel. He also provided transportation to the airport. Very benevolent staff, nice garden, clean comfortable room, good breakfast served by a charming lady, etc. The staff was wonderful. They speak English and offered us a drink upon arrival. They took us to the airport in the morning and recommended a good restaurant for dinner within walking distance. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood. Water was available in the room, free of charge. The price was good. The owners are very helpful and friendly. For touristic visits,I don't recommend this hotel because it is far from the city centre and the rooms are too small. none it was perfect. Noise of the airplanes because the hotel is located close to teh airport. But at night there were no airplanes. Airport noise is sometimes too annoying. Room is quite small. Weak noise isolation. Shower didn't work properly. Right under the approach path of Dusseldorf airport. The Airoplane noise at 6am. Was cold. And cold only seen one radiator which was in in bathroom not the bedroom.
