I loved the charm of the building, and the location was wonderful. The staff was also very helpful. They let us use their refrigerator to store my daughter's medicine.

It would have been nice if there was a mini refrigerator in the room.

Close to all the Christmas Markets. The staff were very friendly andhelpful, when I needed a Doctor they found me one and even asked how Igot on afterwards. Nothing was to much trouble for them

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. They have good english but do have a go in German, they like that! Comfortable rooms, some mention of bells and trains elsewhere in these reviews but it really isn't a problem. The position is great, close to the Altstadt, station and river.Breakfast is good with a plentiful choice and there is a quaint, kitsch cocktail bar to while away the hours.

It is in a good location, just on the edge of the old town. We stayed there for the Christmas Markets and it was perfect for walking to all the markets. The restaurant is also excellent.

iIs location by the Rhine and proximity to station, It also has an excellent Italian food restaurant with outdoor tables

Lots of loud partying until 2 am all along the river on Friday and Saturday, not unique to this hotel.

Very pleasant stay. Excellent breakfast, very clean room with good view of Rhine. Great location close to Dom, city centre and bahnhof. Would recommend and hope to stay again.
