The staff was great, spoke perfect English, were very helpful. The location was really terrific for the money. All in all, I would recommend it and would stay there again.

Great location

It is in the LowEmissionsZone area but there was no information about this. It is very easy to sort but you need to know that you have to do it. Garage Munsdorf, Rolshover Strasse took 5 mins and is within 5 min of hotel

The staff was extremely helpful throughout my stay; breakfast, directions, adapters, etc. The room was quite pleasant and nice. I feel I got a great value for my money. The hotel location is extremely convenient to shopping, restaurants, the cathedral, and the Rhein. Nice hot showers, in room TV, internet, hair dryer, and a well stocked mini-bar (snacks, soda, water, alcohol).

You can hear the guests in the room right next to you if they are loud.

The nice staff, the location. The reasonable mini bar prices.

As a business traveller, I would prefer more spciuous working room. Just a little bigger desk would be welcome.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms clean and to a good standard. Breakfast was good with good choice. The location to the centre is excellaent. We will be coming back, thankyou!
