I was lost and called the hotel for help.They came and picked me up and turned out my room I had booked was overbooked but basically upgraded my room for free. They were very friendly and helpful. Its also in a great spot in the city. The cologne castle is nearby along with other museams. Friendly owner, good location right in the city center,room is clean, everything is great.
