This is a place with its own absolutely awesome atmosphere. Cool designed hostel with good music in public area, the bar with special prices from 6 till 8 p.m., the club with lady-nights, photo-booth, just a place for rest and chatting with young people all over the world - all in one)))) Location is great for city tour and for other time-spending (metro-station, S-bahn, buses to airport are in 5 min of walking). Also you can get to the city centre and to the main sightseeing places by foot. B.
all reviews » I was placed in a room with three guys who didn't understand hostel etiquette and who came in at 2.30am talking and laughing as loudly as possible. After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!. The hostel is located in a great place. It's just a few minute walk from Alexanderplatz, which has every means of public transportation. The groud floor is a bar which offers nice breakfast (with additional charge at 4.90 euro), food (I like the cheeseburger!) And beverages. The hostel is quite big with ten floors I guess. Also, it is required to swipe the door card for th elevator so I guess it protects the people living there. Clean, large rooms (we had our own private room for 8). Comfy beds, excellent bathroom/shower, individual key cards, plug socket, light. Individual storage/hanging space. Very close to train station, underground, tram network. Close to bars, clubs, restaurants. A nice (but longer) walk to some of the major attractions of Berlin - recommended in nice weather. Alternatively there are tour buses 5 mins walk from hostel. The hostel was very good! We paid only 15 euro for the night per person for a bed in a room for 6 people. There was a bathroom in each room, very clean and modern. Great location, just a few steps from the Alexanderplatz - literally next to the famous television tower (Fernsehturm). Excellent when it comes to travelling around berlin, all the means of transport around. everything! atmosphere was great, security excellent, we loved the communal breakfast/lounge/bar room , the entertainment and the modern clean look with the posters etc, the staff were excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. we have already recommended this accommodation to everyone we have seen and will continue to do so>>>>. The location is excellent! Pretty close to Alexanderplatz where there is plenty and means for transportation available. One more thing: the bedrooms have individual panels with reading light and sockets! This is great, specially for smartphones hungry for electricity. The hostel has a bar where you can meet people and call for a beer!. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really nice room that we had, we were four friends travelling together and booked a room seperate from others with our own bathroom and it was lovely. Kind of tight at times but enough for two days though. The position is great, right in one point of the 100 bus line which may be the "travel line", because it covers most of the sights. It's very clean, the design is very considerable. I would like to recommend it to you all, but not in hot days. Anyway, it's a high quality-price choice. Enjoy your stay there. super nice people working in the hostel. very helpful - we had a problem with the sink in the bathroom, they fixed it just as we let them know something was wrong. The place is clean, bathrooms are big, internet is free, the design is very modern, everything seems to be pretty new and not destroyed. Excellent value for money, clean, great location. Very modern and comfortable lobby area and a decent breakfast for £5.50. The best bathroom I have ever seen in a hostel for this price. At 34, I'm not exactly a young traveller, but would happily choose here again over a fancy overpriced hotel. Location 5 min walk from Alexanderplatz. Cleanliness was perfect. Everything is brand new looking and modern styles. Shower is powerful and hot. Beds are comfortable. Value for money. Very secure. Key card entry. Happy hour 6-8 €3.50 for 2 beers/prosecco. It's amazing , nice location , where u can go anywhere from alexanderplatz station , shopping centers around , music is good , bar is good , good decoration n comfortable , don't forget to use the photo booth , n breakfast really yummy. By far the best hostel any of us have ever stayed in. The rooms & bathrooms were very clean & modern.. and it was so cheap to stay for 3 nights. We would stay here again & again.. you would be silly not to stay here..!!. The whole environment is awesome. The interior decoration is super cool , the staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is big and clean . Location and price are very good . I will stay there again next time I visit Berlin. Great location On The Alexanderplatz, 3' walk to the underground. Extremely clean and quiet enough. Federica Parente is a personnel's girl really helped us in our staying at Berlin. So kind, helpful and well skilled!!. A considerably cool and homely hostel.A wonderful photobooth is able to shoot the unforgettable moment of the journey.It is a 5 mininutes walk to the Metro and S-banh station.A little bar is located in the first floor. One of the best hostels we've stayed in. Great design, clean, good size room, modern showers, staff very helpful. There were also lots of other travellers always downstairs to chat to. And the location was perfect. - Very clean hotel. - One of the staff is nice man. He is one who is next to the computer or something and controls the hot spots stuff. - Very good price and such nice place. I have nothing to complain. The hostel was very secure, keycards were used for everything and the place was very clean. The hostel is located nearby Alexanderplatz. From Berlin-airport (Tegel) directly reachable with the bus. The staff is friendly, the rooms are modern and big enough!. Good location, near the city center. we could make a trip from TV tower to Brandenburger tor easily by walking. Inside the hostel, the atmosphere was really nice. The best hostel I've ever lived in. the location is great, close to the S&U bahn stations, even though the room was small we had more than enough space for our stuff. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was cheap and very good,the hostel is new and neat, it has a unique welcoming environment. The room was very good for this cost. Location was in the heart of the city which was the thing that we've wanted the most. Mattresses were quite uncomfortable, but I guess that's budget accommodation. The wifi did not work well. Wifi is a bit hit and miss but can't really complain as it's free. absolutely nothing!!!!! the room was very hot with too little ventilation. I had a problem with the laundry machines. The machines are rented from third-party and the hostel personnel is not able to deal with eventualities. Also, I would like to stress the need for more maintenance in bathrooms, specially during weekends. The bathroom in third floor was a mess and it ran out of TOILET PAPER and PAPER TOWELS for the whole weekend. Definitely, this is some that should be improved right away!. Wifi not so good, you only get 100 mb's per day, and have to sign in with a number and a password each time you go online, kind of a hazzle. Not what I expected when I saw "free wifi". Stairs on the bunk beds are really uncomfortable when you are climing to the top bunk bed. I went there in the hottest days, I really feel too hot there, others told me there was an air-conditioner, but I didn't feel it at all. We stayed on the first floor so could hear the loud music from the bar/lobby until 5am on a Monday morning. I didn't worry about this too much though as you have to expect these things when staying in a fun/hip hostel. I'm sure a lot of the guests were enjoying the music downstairs!. No complaints at all! Being able to drink alcohol in your own room would be nice, but this isn't a big issue. Leave the maids a tip and they won't grass on you!:). Pillows needs to be bigger , the club was closed , and there was a day where the bar closed at 12:30 am !!!!!. Nothing..... Breakfast was very poor, 5 € don't worth for it! A bit unconvenient having a wi Fi ticket every time you want to sign in wi fi. - They should have mixed room. When I was there, I was the only girl in a room of 5 men. These 5 men are in same group. Nothing happened as I changed to another room but I think it may be not safe. Wi-Fi was ridiculously slow and didn't work at some points. It's basically a hotel for backpackers; you don't get the cozy vibe of a hostel. I dont know). The shower place is a little bit open. No place to hang stuff inside every shower cubit. Staff were quite rude and abrupt and at times seemed a bit confused as to why we were asking them for directions or general help. The rooms also do not have air con or windows that open enough to get air in, so found ourselves extremely hot and a very uncomfortable nights sleep. On the second floor you could hear the music for the club in the basement. Nothing disburbant but hearable. In general, the staff was good. But the reception was not that nice. Internet connection was bad. The nearest U-Ban station is a reasonable walking distance for the cold winter, but if it's raining I'm guessing it's not that nice of walk. Have to pay for breakfast, though I didn't eat at once. Lifts always a problem as so many people using for so many floors why don't you make one lift for even numbers and one for odd numbers it may be better. lack of hairdryer in the room. that I had to leave!. check in at 3 pm. Nothing! :). There are no towels, no shower gel You should bring the locks for your locker with you, because they are not available for free. Nothing. This is only very minor but the breakfast wasn't great. No central air conditioning in the summer is quite problematic but nothing a fan couldn't solve. Also there were more washers compared to dryers.... Small rooms and no ac which was really terrible, it was really difficult to sleep because of the heat! Toilets on the third floor were out of order so we had to go on the seventh floor!. I was told Pub crawl would bring us back to the hostel..we were stranded at the last bar across town...not too cool. The "lockers" in the room don't lock, so no opportunity to leave your stuff in the room in security (unless you trust absolutely other people in the room); very limited time for check-in/check-out; no free towels provided. The staff were a bit slow but fair enough. the bathrooms could be cleaner. Wi-Fi was very slow, but if you are here for the city, you won't need it anyway.
