Very nice staff, a big room, large and clean kitchen (even with a coffee maker!) and a nice bathroom. The metro station is only a 2 minute walk away, and the sushi place on the other side of the street is cheap and good :-)

Ideally located next to train station centrally located for Berlin. Wireless Internet access worked very well, Comfortable beds, very quiet area (occasional bus and emergency services sounds), good kitchen, very clean, lots of space, everything from microwave to corkscrew, Ikea decor.

Shower OK in bathtub, but bath was a bit slippery for my wife, and the shower curtain didn't stop water from the floor. Water pressure and shower fittings very good, a great shower, plenty of hot water.

It felt very non-touristy and the full kitchen with microwave, stovetop and refrigerator was great. The bathroom had plenty of space. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers that are looking for a way to integrate themselves into Berlin vs. staying in a hotel. The proximity to the U2 line is excellent and since it's only one stop away from Alexanderplatz connecting is easy.

The wireless internet was terribly unreliable while I was there. While you could pick up the signal there was an issue with an inability to access the internet. This was apparently a known problem and had not been corrected prior to my arrival and persisted until my departure. They may be addressing this issue but in my short time there it was not corrected.

Convenience of use of the subway.

I was a little uncomfortable with how the area looked; graffiti everywhere, however, we felt good after the first night.

Location, staff, apartment and service were all excellent. Highly recommended and would go back! Was great to get a few keys as 4 stayed here plus the 'extras' such as coffee maker, household products and clean linen made it perfect and easy.

Very convenient location. The kitchen was well equipped, and theapartment was very spacious, comfortable and quiet. Wireless internetworked well.

The furnishings were sparse. The smoker downstairs caused the apartmentto smell, but this cannot really be helped.

The location was great with supermarket and cafes nearby, rooms were huge, the staff spoke excellent English, kitchen was well-equipped, and it had a TV with two English language channels. The S Bahn at Hackescher Markt was a good 5 minutes walk away.

Perfect size, nice master bedroom, big bathroom. LOCATION was perfect. Kitchentowels and dishwashing soap was present (even coffee and tea although we had brought our own); very convenient. Plenty of towels, all beds were great.

We needed more toilet paper than the three rolls provided. (6 people over 4.5 days) We didn't realize till Sunday , and then we made it work.

The staff were great and very helpful. Also the location is very good, as the neighbouring area has great little shops and cafes.

The shower never really got hot water, it was quite cold (the wagner room).

The location was great it was between a bus stop and a subway station less than 3 mins away which were 2-3 stops from Alexander Platz and there was parking close by as well. The apartment was great very clean and fully furnished. We were allowed to check in earlier and check out later w/o extra charges. A great place for budget travelers

Very large and clean apartment Located in the most lively neighbourhood of berlin, mitte. beside to subway station and one of the best restaurant and shopping areas. 10 minutes walking from alexander platz. Next to everything

Very convenient location (2 min walk from U-station, supermarket, bakeryetc). Kitchen is fully equipped to cook a simple meal. Room was clean.Very helpful staff. Good value for money.

Some nights it was a bit noisy. There is a bar downstairs (not really inthe building but still...). We stayed 5 nights and the room has not beencleaned/towels changed meanwhile. That would have been fine though.

the friendliness of the staff, the size of the apartment was really good, and they were really good at communication before we got there

the apartment was a bit sparse, just the essentials. Also the fact they would have charged us an extra 4% if we paid by credit card.
