The hotel was absolutely great!!! Very centrally located, lots of shops, clubs and restaurants nearby. I arrived at Friedrichstrasse train station and walked in less than 5 min to the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful with all kinds of information. Modern clean and bright rooms in a typical historic Berlin-building. Highly recommended!. Loved the hotel, room was really clean and crisp, staff is very nice,breakfast was delicious and well presented. Have told my friends touse LetsBookHotel.com for all thier needs and to stay at Hotel Emilie whilein Berlin.

Due to the location it was very noisy from cars passing by until may be 11, but after midnight it was OK. Noisy in the early morning due to proximity of the street,but with closed windows it's OK. our room looked out onto the main street and was very noisy with the windows opened - would not be a problem in cooler months.Physical layout of hotel was a bit cumbersome with luggage. Room was fairly far from reception, and through a maze of locking doors in a neighboring apartment building. Room appointments were a bit spartan, but neat and tidy. Breakfast service starts too late (0800 hrs) for people with early morning meetings.some of the staff were quite nice, which i greatly appreciated. while a couple needed to warm up more...like a lot. but all in all it was a pleasant experience. The room was on the bottom floor of a block of flats and you had to go outside into the street to go for breakfast - not so good when its raining!.
