The Location of the flat is just awsome. Interior is super nice. Staff was very friendly.

Apartment design. Simplicity. Location.

Room was very chilly, did not have access to thermostat to turn heat up. Could use a piece of artwork for main bedroom -- walls are a bit bland.

The apartments were great. Everything, from location to interior design met our expectations. We had no issues at all, just a perfect place to stay in Berlin!

Nice and spacious, very quiet building. Beautifully redone and well stocked and decorated. Spotless and top quality furnishings and bedding. Highly recommended.

The flat, the facilities and the location, one of the best spot in Berlin

There is no staff and the communication with the staff is only via email or phone. Last day we needed to leave our luggage as the flight was in the late afternoon and we tried to contact the owner many times with no success. By the time he answered us, we had already left the flat and brought the luggage with us, not ideal really

The location of the apartment is great. Attractions are easily accessible by tram in 5 mins walk. The neighbourhood is really cool with lots of bars and cafes. There is a park with kids playground in 10 minutes walk behind the Zionskirche.

Our apartment was on the forth floor, and there is no elevator. Luckily the staff has helped us with the luggage on the day of arrival.

New renovated apartment, new furniture and home equipments. Quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and shops nearby. Staff wery helpful and speaks good english.

Two bedroom apartment is one bedroom and sofa bed in living room. Extra charge for people over two: 20€ per night.

The apartment is fantastic, very well decorated and comfortable, also very clean with wonderful facilities (inc dishwasher). Both the sofa and the beds are very comfortable after a long day of walking around Berlin! The location is amazing - on a quiet residential street but near busier streets in trendy Prenztlauer Berg where you will find cool cafes, busy bars and arty shops. A supermarket and bakery are around the corner as is the metro stop.

Daniel is exceptional- whenever I had a question i could easily contact him and he was quick to respond. i will continue to stay here whenever i visit berlin- whether its with friends or on my own.

The location is great, evething was as expected: our RED apt, at the mezzanine with windows on the garden, was perfect for the 4 days stay with our 2 children. Market at 5 minutes, metro Senenfeld at 5/7, a few nice bars in the surroundings and in Kastanienalle: great neighbourhood!

This is more a suggestion than a regret: as there wasn't any door at the shower, every time with children it was a mess...

The area surrounding the apartment was lovely, a lot of bars and nice places to eat. The apartment itself was cosy, very tidy, modern and very well equiped.

Very nice appartments, well situated, fully equipped, good beds, close to metro and supermarket.

Wooden floors, so if there are some guests upstairs, you will constantly hear them walking around.

Beautiful comfortable apartment. Excellent location, spacious rooms, helpful staff. Well appointed kitchen, bathroom and lounge. Blissfully peaceful place to stay. Highly recommend this place.

The only bad point was the odd lighting (very minimal and low level) that made it a bit difficult to see at night, especially for reading.

Fabulous apartment, beutiful, clean, spaceous. Quiet inner yard. Friendly host. Lively wonderful area with lots of exellent restaurants, cafes and bars.

Earplugs are useful if you are sensitive to noise during the sleep. You can hear steps from upstairs - nothing worse noise though.

a the family that lives above the apartment that i rented had a child and from 6.30 in the morning was running around and jump up an down. the noise level was really great and it really interferred with my stay. your representative talked to them but the noise increased if anything. the sound proofing is not adequate enough considering the people upstairs have only wooden floors.
