The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. It is very convenient to the U-bahn and S-bahn. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel is fairly close to the metro stop. Also, it's very clean and good value for money.

It was close to the train station and it was easy to get any where inthe city and the staff was very helpful. They went above and beyond to helpor answer any questions we had.

The location was a bit far from all the attractions, so every wherewe went we had to take a train. We couldn't walk to them too cold andtoo far. However the trains are excellent and always on time so thatmade up for it.

The staff (desk and restaurant) and the food were top notch, despite a few fumbles.

Except for one closet, there was no storage space (drawers, etc). These could be installed at little cost underneath night tables, writing table, etc. One thing more - toilet paper was totally unacceptable and closer to sandpaper.

Close to the rail system

Not near the city centre and unhelpful staff and only concerened about conference guests.
