Nice room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast selection.

Front desk is only open limited hours. This is not a problem as long as guests are advised beforehand how to check in etc. when the desk is closed.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! The reception is only open at daytime, after that you must call the manager who gives you the code to enter at check-in - which worked fine. The room was small, but comfortable, and quiet. Very friendly, charming and helpful staff..!

good beds, wireless service, i liked the room

maid service spotty, beds usually done, bathroom missed, lack of soap and shampoo, didn't resupply bar a couple of times, not close to where i spent most of my time in Berlin

Helpfullness and friendliness of hotel management is a plus. Bathroom was very clean. I liked the option of not being required to take breakfast at the hotel since I had special food requirements which prevented me from eating standard breakfast.

Carpet in my room needed to be cleaned. This was the major problem.

As there was a big congress that I did not know about, it was the only reasonabily priced hotel that I could find. Breakfast was very good value for money.

From a female perspective, no hair dryer.

I had to call because I arrived after 11pm - no staff on duty - given combination to open door. This seemed a little odd to me. The bathroom was almost twice the size of the bedroom, which was very small. The staff were unable to give me directions to the main railway station.
