  The staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival at the hotel and all the way through our stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was very spacious and clean. The small kitchen is more than adequate for preparing light snacks. Although we didn't use it there was also a dishwasher and microwave to use if required.   The night staff was great and accommodating, the pool was clean and well kept as was the sauna, the location was excellent, I had a room with a balcony which was lovely, the noise was well insulated out, and the products in the WC were Fragonard!   The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did more than expected to provide excellent service. The restaurant was good and the pool snack bar also. Not over-priced and good. There are many nice small towns nearby (by car) and it is a very beautiful area. The restaurant terrace overlooks a beautiful valley and the lights in the nearby mountains... what people say » begin to come on as you eat at the restaurant. The restaurant manager, Arnaud, is very friendly and helpful. The front desk took care of several task - Accommodation was excellent, with plenty of room and lovely terrace.
