  Staff very friendly - The room and ensuite were newly refurbished in an interesting arty style and bright colours, which I liked. The room seemed so new, as if I was the first person to stay in it! Hopefully it will age well. The hotel is in a sidestreet, so not too much traffic noise, but very convenient for Gare du Nord.

  The nice and helpfull people in the reception - The hotel was steps from Gare du l'est subway. Although it isn't in the heart of Paris, being that close to a station which made it easy to get anywhere. The staff was very helpful when I asked for directions and planning my trips.   I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, they speak many languages. The subway is very very close and the area is nice. - Could not get a better location as 2 train stations and so many great restaurants were within walking distance.

  The hotel was in a super area, near the Canal St Martin, and very convenient for the Gare du Nord. There were nice places to eat nearby, and I liked having a buffet breakfast. The hotel was open 24hrs a day. It looked very attractive from the outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom... what people say » was spotless and the shower really good, as well as TV reception. I would stay there again. - Quick and easy access from Gare du Nord and only two minutes walk fromthe Jacques Bonsergent Metro station. Clean, comfortable and convenient.
