Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time! In a quiet location but perfect for me on a business trip for the fashion district. Would definitely stay again. -

Staff very friendly - The room and ensuite were newly refurbished in an interesting arty style and bright colours, which I liked. The room seemed so new, as if I was the first person to stay in it! Hopefully it will age well. The hotel is in a sidestreet, so not too much traffic noise, but very convenient for Gare du Nord.

The best hotel we've stayed in in Paris. We travel there regularly for business and this hotel was a real find. Immaculate and really modern. Nice staff. Clean room, comfortable, everything functional in bathroom and room. Comfy bed.

I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, they speak many languages. The subway is very very close and the area is nice. - Could not get a better location as 2 train stations and so many great restaurants were within walking distance.
