  We were travelling with our child and the hotel offered us an extra bed for him for free. We really appreciated this. It is clean, easy to find and in a great location.   Nice Art Hotel is a very nice hostel for backpackers or people who have limited budget, and is located right in the center of Nice (very close to the train station). I stayed there for 3 nights, and enjoyed it because the bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean. It was safe to leave my stuff in the room and not to worry about it. The WCs and the showers are relatively clean. The breakfast is good.   Friendly welcome when we arrived and very helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. Room (No 26) was spacious, really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen area, and large bathroom with loads of towels. Great shower with plenty of hot water any time of day.   The staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival at the hotel and all the way through our stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was very spacious and clean. The small kitchen is more than adequate for preparing light snacks. Although we didn't use it there was also a dishwasher and microwave to use if required.
