  The friendliness of the staff. They spoke English and Spanish which helped because we spoke little French. The room was so comfortable. We had a plumbingproblem with our original room and immediately we were upgraded to abetter room at no extra charge. We will stay there again, found thelocation excellent and we enjoyed this hotel more than the expensive 5star hotels where we previously stayed in Paris (Champs Elysee area).

  Location was great, just a couple of minutes from metro station. The room was spacious and well lit, clean and cosy. However it was a little cold (I stayed there in March). The personnel spoke English and was very friendly. Very good price/quality. Would definitely stay there again. - friendly helpfull staff and the location, nice part of paris

  Very nice hotel. Nicely decorated room, comfortable bed, delicate bathroom, friendly staff. We had our baby with us, and the hotel offered a baby cot free of charge. Also, the location is great. Just around the corner you have Place de la Republique with several good places to have breakfast / brunch. Our favourite was Café de la Republique. I.e. this is a good locatio - The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us. The rooms are small, but it was enough for our little 18 month old to roam around and stretch his legs. It is easy to access the Seine and other places of interest. We especially enjoyed the Jewish quarter and the falafels.   Clean and fair hotel with gentle staff. 5 minutes from parmentier metro station or 10 minutes walk to repubblique square. Recently renovated. Sure a good choice for paris. - it was clean and close to 3 metro stops with alot of bars and resturants around it. staff was very friendly which do speak english will recommand it to others
