The friendliness of the staff. They spoke English and Spanish which helped because we spoke little French. The room was so comfortable. The shower, hot pot and view of the Repulique were all a plus. Can't wait to come back to see the new hotel renovations. Excellent Metro locations. Safe area. Easy taxis service. Rachel checked us in. She was pleasant and welcoming. Siad was cool! - Nephi

The staff were extremely accomodating and friendly. We had a plumbingproblem with our original room and immediately we were upgraded to abetter room at no extra charge. We will stay there again, found thelocation excellent and we enjoyed this hotel more than the expensive 5star hotels where we previously stayed in Paris (Champs Elysee area). - Anonymous

I had two reservations - one for three rooms for two nights and a second for one room for an extra night.It was disconcerting to find the hotel had no record of this second booking.They say that this second booking had not been placed with them.Fortunately rooms were available and so no harm was done - Ian

location was excellent, twenty minute walk or quick metro ride to Seine and Notre Dame.Metro station two minutes walk away. good view from room onto square with view of Eiffel Tower in distance.
