We were upgraded on arrival to a gorgeous suite with a private sun terrace on the fourth floor, with a playstation and so many amenities. The gym was great as well, with lots of equipment.   Helpful staff - This room was immaculate in terms of cleanliness, basic but fully functional furniture, excellent location. A very old building and my room had character. Plenty of lighting and the bed was very comfortable.

Upon arriving we asked the girl if we could turn our 5 night stay to a 2 night because we wanted to go elsewhere. Because of her we stayed our entire stay AND extended an extra night. The location is - Was here in march 2013. Hotel is pretty good. Main thing is it's location. 1 minute from Saint-Martin channel, big shops, stors like Monoprix, and Subway. 20-25 minutes from the centre of the city. We mostly walked everywhere, even to Eifel's tower - 6.5 km. Prices are good, rooms are clean, new towels every day, what you get for price is perfect. Very good staff, friendly and helpful. Hotel works 24/7, which is good, cause we are young)

Location is the best you can ask for. Busses are on the doorstep and can take you in any direction. The Gare l'Est station is also next door. The room had a double door, which kept hotel noises out - should there - The location of the hotel was excellent - the exit from Gare de l'est (Boulevard de Strasbourg No.5 exit) brings you in front of the hotel entrance. The staff is very friendly and in case of early arrivals will keep your luggage so that you can go ahead and explore Paris. The view from our room was excellent and there are lots of eating joints nearby. The rooms are cleaned everyday. Very apt for people who want to explore the city.
