very nice, clean and comfortable accomodation. Bit far from the center but near metro station. Friendly staff. Great. The location of Hotel. Easy. Needed to do a special diet so booked because of cooking possibilities. Very noisy room which is why I downgraded the comfort rating slightly, but did have a rooftop balcony. Excellent bed, fine condition of plumbing and appliances. Everythng new, fresh, spotlessly clean, with decent furniture and tasteful decoration. Very friendly and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious, clean, and warm. The location to metro was very convenient. Metro station "Porte De Lavillette" is virtually at the doorstep of the hotel. All rooms have afully equipped kitchen, which was very useful. We could make our ownbreakfast and tea and not always depend on hotels.the ability to accommodate the whole family in one place, giving us, the same time, privacy and independency within the flat. A very good cleanlines of the room, especialy in the bathroom.Quiet. Easy to get from the metro station.Very proffesional staff, easy metro access, lot of restorants nearby. hotel staff at the reception desk - very helpfull and kind. -A metro is very near.

We were only there for 1 night and it suited us great...we were going to a concert at Le Zenith.Hotel was perfect location!. close to the city and lots of shopping and restaurants. Small, quite "home like" hotel. the bathroom was large and very clean, the minikitchen was well equipped, beds are comfortable. Metrostation was very close,good bed and opportunity make cafe/food in own hotelroom.double bed were too small. spacious room, clean flat. Very quiet. Good Location very near to Metro Station. Metro line directly goes to center of paris. There are some nice restaurents around. Hotel Manager and Receptionist very courteous. I had problem with room at first night however, upon my complaint i was given another room which was nice and clean. Hotel provides free Internet Access. Rooms are quite small and street facing ones are a bit noisy. too noisy- subway tracks ran underneath hotel and down the road was the main railway tracks out of the city. very busy street. they lied about being able to offer parking arrangements. They said they would offer a parking ticket at 10 euro/24h and when we wanted to take them they said they don't have them anymore and other excuses. The environment is very multicultural at least, but the metro and the parking are close enough. we didn`t have dishwashing machine.The street is little bit noisy. poor heating in the room. Air conditioning absence. Please ask for the clean room and especially the rooms not facing main road as some of their rooms are very dirty. I recommend this hotel for short business stay. staff spoke only very little english which makes it difficult to comunicate.the outside of the building could do with a clean. Bad cleaning, bad ventilation. cleaning was not good. The bed!. The room was too cold, the heater was no use in winter, the windows could not keep out the cold draft. The room and kitchen was dirty. The hair dryer was broken, Parking was difficult, and the hotel parking rate for the public car park was 10 euro per night rather than 9 euro as advertised. The staff was obnoxious, blaming us for dirty plates in the dishwasher even though we did not use them.The room is very small,the bathroom ceilling has cracks on it and wather was leaking from above.
