  On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.   The staff is very friendly, specially the girl who's in the reception during the morning. She was very cute (as a person and physically :p). They're all willing to help you in whichever doubt you have about the city. The room, even though is not fancy, is enough for what it is used: to sleep. I don't have any complains. The zone is surrounded by supermarkets and cheap restaurants, close to a metro line - The friendly young staff that seem always ready to listen to clients.   My sister and I stayed here our last night in Paris. We were initially going to stay at a cheap hotel at the airport but decided to splurge and get a place near the Eiffel Tower. In retrospect, it was the perfect decision. We reserved a 2 single bed deluxe room, Eiffel Tower view, and specially requested an awesome view. If you don't ask - The location was excellent and the staff in reception very helpful and friendly. The room was a great size, especially for Paris, with a large balcony and amazing view of the Eiffel tower. It was a little dated but no where near as bad as the reviews on trip adviser say it is. It was slightly annoying that we were woken at 9am each day, by a drill being used upstairs and had not hot water on one day - but to be fair we knew all of this in advance so did not complain. Plus it was 9am and we want
