We LOVED the reception rooms, smell of sandalwood and warm welcome upon entering the hotel. The sitting room with fireplace, and dining room are just lovely. The wood floors and decor just beautiful...the adorable Louis Vuitton elevator complete this wonderful Parisian boutique hotel lobby. The staff were absolutely exceptional...everyone from reception to dining room attendants were so kind and helpful.
all reviews » The hotel was welcoming and very pretty. Even the lift was beautiful as it was lined with Louis Vuitton leather. The hotel also smelled wonderful (I know that sounds like a weird thing to say but it really did). My stay there was very special. The location was perfect, about a 2 min walk from the Tower and some amazing shops near by too. It is located near some really nice restaurants as well. Location is very central and close to the metro so easy to get to other parts of Paris. The hotel is tastefully decorated and has a lot of individual character. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with directions, information and recommendations to fantastic places to eat. Amazing location, ideal for food, metro and walking distance to eiffel tower. Excellent customer service. beautifully decorated rooms and hotel. The room was small but romantic and ideal for people who are using the room for a base. The concierge was very remarkable, he made us feel very welcome and the room stewards did their work very well. The receptionists were helpful. Was very nice staying at the hotel...:). I wouldn't say we disliked anything, but our room and bath were very small--typical for Paris. Our room decor was quite pretty, but some areas of carpet and wood trim are time-worn. My stay would have been perfect if there had been cotton bed sheets on the bed. I think they were poly-cotton which isn't as nice. nothing that would stop me staying here again. Would be nice to have buffet breakfast, inclusive of room rate, toilet space too small, booked for wake-up call on departure day but did not get any. There was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and a few minor cracks in the wall. Nothing. Being charged €20-30 for breakfast so just went down the road for the same for €10 !. Value for money, not refurbished rooms, a crack in the ceiling, old plumbing. the rooms are very small. Room is very small. Toilet is smaller than the airplane, I am 1.8m high and I feel very uncomfortable. Room very small for price. But I guess you are paying for location.
