  We stayed at Old palace resort for 3.nights for vacation. Reception staff were very friendly and very helpful specially Mr. Sherif very professional and was following up with all my needs after check-in. Also, Housekeeping is very good.   The hotel is an excellent choice in Sahl Hasheesh. The staff is amazing! From spotless cleanliness by Eid to service with a smile everywhere you go. The Sunglasses man Sabry kept our eyes clear enough to enjoy the incredible sea. Ibrahim took care of us every where we went. Mohamed the driver exhibited the wonderful kindness only expected from Lux... what people say » orians! There was nothing to complain about with Mr. Mohamed Saied touring the hotel day and night to ensure all customers are happy. Basically we wer - Staff were exellent and very kind and polite. Hasan, khalid and Amr were very welcoming at the lobby and reception desk. They assisted me with all my queries and i was very satisfied with their service and hospitality. Waiters and other staff such as, Eid, Ramadan, Saber, karim Mohammed, Ahmed and Salah were very helpful and attentive to my needs. The hotel manager was also very kind and generous.

  It was my first visit to this hotel. on arrival to the hotel we were astonished to see the stunning big space of the reception area which was bright, clean and of very luxury fabrics. I was assisted by staff for early rapid check-in. Bed room was very comfortable and spacious and furnitures of very luxury fabrics.
