  My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 8 days and our experience was amazing. We contacted the hotel before and they arranged to send us a taxi, which was waiting for us at the airport. Despite being delayed by several hours they were happy to re-arrange our transport.   To be honest it was the perfect holiday for us. The hotel was amazing. Was nice that they upgraded us to beach side which was a very nice suprise. Unlike other hotels i've heard about this hotel kept their pool clean at all times and greenery was well looked after. The staff were all very polite and helpful and made us feel very welcome. I really can't faul - The location of the hotel is ideal. Not very far from the main city center, just a 5 mins walk. Perfectly located for beach access with spectacular coral reefs and beautiful fish. You get out of the hotel and you find yourself playing with fish of all kinds. Loved it. Hotel Staff is very helping specially the receptionists. Big clean comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast variety.

From a hospitality point of view - This was the most relaxing experience we have had in a long time.The resort has very besutiful landscaping and is very clean.The staff were very friendly and extrenely helpful.The room service was top notch and thorough. The only reservation we had was on the room price which is quite high but I guess you get what you pay for.We were given a room upgrade upon arrival with sea view which enhanced our experience as the sunrise view from the room balcony was breathtaking.
