  I have to give a special mention to Marion the restaurant manager who went out of her way to help us after we were not happy with the reception staff who dealt with us when we arrived. We were going to move hotels but she went that extra mile. She gave us complementary breakfast and it was absolutely amazing. Apart from the man on the desk all ... what people say » the other staff were fabulous. The hotel is the best one for the Pyramids as it is only a 5 - 10 min walk and you can see them from the hotel grounds - This amazing place was perfectly located right next to the Great Pyramid in Giza. We were fortunate to have been upgraded to a suite which was totally awesome with heaps too much space for us (not that we were going to complain). Make sure you pay that extra for the pyramid view - well worth it. The pool was glorious and we were made to feel very welcome by the staff. The security at the gate was very reassuring and I was happy to put up with the small inconvenience.
