I like the hotel staff and facilties and the comfort, but the hotel is fair away from city. - I liked all the restaurant choices, the hotel staff was very friendly, they were able to cancel one of my friends room so she could stay in our room for 50 dollars more and got a twin bed for her.

The staff is terrific. The pool area is nice. we had a junior suite with two rooms and two balconies overlooking the Nile. I highly recommend upgrading to a suite if you can afford it. We arrived at the hotel a few hours earlier and the staff at the hotel
allowed us to have an early check in. We tried restaurant in 12 floor
(Horus) for dinner and 1st floor (Sphnix) for breakfast. The hotel staff

still unstable. In fact more violence erupted there only 2 days after I
left. However the staff did not let this affect their professional &
