We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.

Nice clean and quiet room, small but nice spa open already from 7 oclock. The lady at the reception when we arrive was a super friendly and helpful. I wonder she was the hotell manager?!. And she spoke even perfect english, not only german and russian. -
