We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.

The location of the pension is fine, if you like a quiet location: approximately 20 minutes walk from the centre of town, but only +/- 500 metres from the forest where you can have nice walks. Very kind and helpful owners, who went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Comfortable, bright new apartment, with underfloor heating in the bathroom - lovely in winter! The apartment is a short walk from the centre of town and also from the surrounding hills; it's easy to see everything KV has to offer. -
