  Absolutely perfect location, right in the centre in Karlovy Vary. Every single staff member we talked to was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our car was parked by the staff somewhere nearby, and it was returned with the windscreen cleaned, a nice detail. The room was large, elegant, comfortable and quiet, with good wifi signal and a good sel... cosa dice la gente » ection of TV channels. Breakfast was served in the atrium and was delicious. We had dinner in the hotel's gourmet restaurant and it was a wonderful ex - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.

  The hotel is right in the center of Karlovy Vary which makes it less than 2 minutes walk from the central Spa area, the restaurants and the main shopping areas. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated "old-fashionly". The staff was most kind and helpful, and even gave each of us a present when we departed. She was very helpful and hospitable, made us feel like home. Really friendly and pleasant. The room itself was cozy and beautiful view. Very clean. Good breakfast. The Lady from the reception also gave us discount tickets up to 40% to various spa accross the street, which we actually used for a great price. Very pleased with the hotel choice. Thank you again!

  I stayed for only one night and the service I received from the reception staff was far better than I ever expected. It was excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent. - The view from the balcony; absolutely breathtaking. Great location!

  Really enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. Villa Ritter is in a beautiful location, right across the street from the gorgeous Russian cathedral and next to a large wooded park.

  Nice clean and quiet room, small but nice spa open already from 7 oclock. The lady at the reception when we arrive was a super friendly and helpful. I wonder she was the hotell manager?!. And she spoke even perfect english, not only german and russian. - I liked the location, friendly and helpful staff, and nice breakfast.
