  This was an excellent experience. Everything was all around superb, especially the staff who was most gracious. A Luxurious hotel and spa in a prime site above town, but also very welcoming, no stuffiness; absolutely comfortable. Great food variety and quality, too. - Everything.   Nice clean and quiet room, small but nice spa open already from 7 oclock. The lady at the reception when we arrive was a super friendly and helpful. I wonder she was the hotell manager?!. And she spoke even perfect english, not only german and russian. - I liked the location, friendly and helpful staff, and nice breakfast.
