  This was an excellent experience. Everything was all around superb, especially the staff who was most gracious. A Luxurious hotel and spa in a prime site above town, but also very welcoming, no stuffiness; absolutely comfortable. Great food variety and quality, too. - Everything. This is one of the best hotels in Europe....

  Top location (very close from center and still heavenly quiet), very nice and attentive staff (especially blond Jana at reception), nice room (size and equipment) and VERY GOOD breakfast (choice).   Nice clean and quiet room, small but nice spa open already from 7 oclock. The lady at the reception when we arrive was a super friendly and helpful. I wonder she was the hotell manager?!. And she spoke even perfect english, not only german and russian. - I liked the location, friendly and helpful staff, and nice breakfast.
