Very nice and comfortable room, friendly staff - Very friendly hotel, great service. Rooms are antique funished. All staff were very friendly. Large comfortable and clean room. English overall are good. But remember english is their second language so they may need extra explaining. The restaurant's food was excellent and service was very good too.

Absolutely amazing. We have stayed in the city before but not anywhere
as comfortable as this hotel. We arrived after the desk had closed but
were greeted by the restaurant staff. One of the waiters helped carry
our bags up the side entrance to our room. Beautiful, spacious room with
high ceilings overlooking the park but away from noise. Shopping and
mineral springs within walking distance and many restaurants but one of

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.

I liked the overall atmosphere of the city. It is a place to go and
relax away from the city life while still having conveniences of the
city. It has a nice indoor and outdoor pool and the prices for
everything are reasonable compared to other parts of the czech republic.
The aquaform in Frantiskovy Lazne is highlight no one should miss.

This was an excellent experience. Everything was all around superb, especially the staff who was most gracious. A Luxurious hotel and spa in a prime site above town, but also very welcoming, no stuffiness; absolutely comfortable. Great food variety and quality, too. - Everything.
