  Excellent location - quiet but less than a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge and the old town. Tram stop about 2 minutes away. Other shops, bars, and restaurants located close by so no need to cross the river again in the evening. Staff very good, breakfast superb. Nice cellar bar and classic sitting room. The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

  Hotel Rott is in an excellent location, I don't think we could have got a better location if we tried. The staff were very friendly and gave us a map of Prague upon our arrival. The reception man asked what sights and attractions we wanted to visit during our stay and he showed us the best way to get to each place on the map. The rooms were clean and very spacious and comfy. Also if you are thinking of stopping here then you could not ask for a better location as it is right in the heart of the centre, Old town square is only 30 seconds away and charles bridge 5 minutes.

  The hotel is very centrally located to both old and new cities. The staff was extremely friendly especially Lenka. The breakfast was sumptuous. I loved the location. All the sites were easily accessible without a tram. Upon request, they even booked me into a tour to visit Czchesky Krumlov in Bohemia. It is a new hotel and the decor was quite nice.... what people say » The bathrooms were very clean and well lit. - HUGE rooms- very spacious; modern; loved the location. Could walk from the train station straight up to the hotel- very close to prime center without hearing all the noise. I dropped money that I exchanged in the lobby- and on my return to the hotel- they held it for me and returned it. That alone was very impressive. Staff very knowledgeable and booked everything. Fantastic shower.

  We like the hotel's location, on a quite corner but very close to the main streets. The breakfast was very nice, as were the conditions of the rooms, it seemed they were just done. The staff is nice and helpful, and the hotel was nice enough to give us a free bottle of champagne on my husbands birthday. It was a good choice for great value!! - Ever... what people say » ything was well organized and the people at the hotel were veryhelpful. They even took me to an atm to withdraw some cash. Most of themspoke English and I also liked the breakfast. Everything was clean andneat at the room and also the hotel is located in a perfect area. Iwould recommend this hotel without a doubt.

The trams stopped right outside the hotel going to the centre if you didnt want to walk, we took the trams everywhere and didnt pay once as there were no inspectors at all!!!.   3 of us stayed in this hotel in july 2008 and we didn't know what to expect. It was the best location in Prague with walking distance to the train station, old town and everywhere else. We didn't have any problems and the hotel staff were very helpful to us. - The hotel was centrally located. The rooms are simply, yet tastefully designed.
