Staff were friendly and very helpful, i especially appreciated the birthday wish and chocolate left in my room for my daughter's birthday. The location is great, only a minute away from Charles Bridge, but situated in a quite place, away from the crowds and noise. The family suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location was fantastic, very close to the old town square which was beautiful at Christmas. The room was very generous with everything you would need (luxury superior room). We also requested a bath on booking and this wasn't a problem.
Breakfast was very varied with a good amount of hot food as well as cereal, yougurt and cold meat.

within minutes walking distance of all Prague's main attractions.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The rooms are excellent and the breakfasts and evening meals very good.
I have stayed here twice now and have recommended it to others who have holidayed here as well.

The staff at the hotel were able to accommodate us at a moment's notice. The room was very spacious and comfortable, more of an apartment than a hotel room, with good facilities, friendly staff and a great location in central Prague; I would recommend it to anyone, particularly younger people looking to be in the middle of the city's nightlife. - W

The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

Amazing hotel, a little hard to find, but once there I parked the car and could walk everywhere I needed to go. Only 5 mintues from historic old town. The room was amazing and the beds were so comfortable that at times I did not even want to get up. Great breakfast buffet and the staff was very freindly. I felt safe the entire trip. I will stay

The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever experienced. The restaurant 'La Boca' was candle lit with good but not too attentive service. The food was fab - a meal for 2 was under £25. There was even a voucher in our room for free drinks in La Boca.

The taxi service arranged which was for an extra charge was effiecient and driver was friendly. - Room and facilities were beautiful (very nice bathroom andkitchen), walking distance from anywhere you would want to go incity, helpful staff
