  The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

The reception man asked what sights and attractions we wanted to visit during our stay and he showed us the best way to get to each place on the map.
