  The staff at the hotel were able to accommodate us at a moment's notice.   Hotel was in an excellent location close to the Charles Bridge. The trams stopped right outside the hotel going to the centre if you didnt want to walk, we took the trams everywhere and didnt pay once as there were no inspectors at all!!!. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with any queiries we had.
