We asked the hotel for a nice room and they gave my parents the best room and also gave them a compliemtary bottle of champagne, which was very nice of them. - Hotel was in the heart of the city, a short walk to everything. The room was large, with a beautiful, oval window through which we could watch the bustle of the railway station and highway above it. Staff members were very helpful, we looked forward to the breakfast each morning and the hotel was in a good position, close to trams and within walking distance of many spots.

The Icon Boutique hotel is for me an hotel which I could actually live in. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.
