The hotel is very centrally located to both old and new cities. The staff was extremely friendly especially Lenka. The breakfast was sumptuous. I loved the location. All the sites were easily accessible without a tram. Upon request, they even booked me into a tour to visit Czchesky Krumlov in Bohemia. It is a new hotel and the decor was quite nice.

The location - not in the most touristy part of town, but nice safe area (walked back to hotel around 11pm from Metro station). The metro station is a 3 minute walk away from hotel. You can easily walk to Wenceslas Square in around 10 minutes and the Old Town in about 20 minutes. I stayed in a single room, which was a good size and it was clean.

Close to main station. Interior is pretty & clean. Guy at Reception was friendly, helpful & speak English well.
For location, nice clean room with Mini Bar, clean bathroom and FREE wi-fi I think is a bargain. For 35 rooms and fully booked that explains it. Room gets cleaned everyday. There is a lift too.
Breakfast is good with selections of Cereals, Eggs, Cakes, Fruits, Juices & Coffee & Tea.

The apartment we rented was very roomy. We were quite thrilled with it. The living room furniture was a little worn, but still in good condition. Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

The hotel looked renovated and everything was new. It was in the heart of Prague. The historic center was so close to the hotel, you had to literally walk for a minute to get to the old town square. All of the interesting attractions were close and yet still you had all of the bars, cafes and restaurants as well. Wifi worked great. It was great value for the money I paid. The staff was very helpful as well.

Amazing hotel, a little hard to find, but once there I parked the car and could walk everywhere I needed to go. Only 5 mintues from historic old town. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever experienced. The restaurant 'La Boca' was candle lit with good but not too attentive service. The food was fab - a meal for 2 was under £25. There was even a voucher in our room for free drinks in La Boca.
