  This is a truly excellent boutique hotel, perfectly positioned close to the Old Town in Prague. We are seasoned travellers as this hotel is one of the best we've stayed in. It rates 4.5 star by international standards. - We were upgraded as it was our 25th wedding aniversary and we were greated by the staff with a bottle of champagne and flowers.

  The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is located on a quiet street at the west end of the Charles Bridge with a park on the other end opposite the bridge. As other people posted, the location within the city could not be better. It is a 30 sec walk to the bridge and the location felt very safe and secure. Some have said it is hard ... what people say » to find but if you enter gps coordinates instead of the address, finding the hotel is no problem. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are very clea - Staff welcomed us at 1:20am after late flight and helped us settle in with warm drinks and extra blankets. We also had a super room for the 4 of us in eaves. Location was also great, just next to Charles Bridge, but still quiet.

Highly recommended - The staff were friendly and helpful in getting us to where we wanted to go. It has a very good fee for taxi to and from airport and train station. We took a taxi from the train station and it cost us 620 Euros. The hotel charges only 280 Euros. It is within walking distance to the metro and the old town square. It has air -conditioning in the rooms which is most welcome on hot summer days and nights.

  Excellent staff and service from the moment we arrived and they arranged to check us in early. Throughout our stay, they have been friendly and informative during our time in Prague. Room was clean and comfortable which made for an enjoyable stay at the hotel. Design of the hotel was the main reason for choosing this hotel. And it was everything l expected. Very good breakfast, with various choices.Clean and comfortable room.   It was Luxurious and very good value for money. Well positioned to the metro so made it easy to go into the city. We enjoyed this hotel so much we went back the following weekend. You can purchase metro tickets at reception desk and put them on your room bill. Tram stop at end of block. Subway is two blocks away (cash machine at Metro station). Shower had lots of pressure. - loved having a suite of rooms and a balcony with a view of the Vlatava river and Prague Castle. Other comments have said the breakfast wasn't good but we thought it was great, cereals, meats, cheese, bread, bacon, scrambled egg, drinks. Really useful to have fully equipped kitchen as eating out in Prague quite expensive especially if you are a family.
