  We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary. Walking distance to everything. - Kudos to Albina and Alex did an excellent job and treated us like part of the family. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.

  It was absolutely lovely. The staff was gracious, made us feel welcome. It felt like old world charm. Of course it was expensive but it was definately worth the price.   We were given a huge room, more like a suite. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Very pleasant, professional, helpful staff. Liked the location very close to Wenceslas square. We were also given a free book of things to see and do in Prague in either 3 hours or 3 days which came in very handy. The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.
