The front desk staff were fantastic - helpful in every way and cheerful. Also the breakfast was great with a huge range of foods and great quality. Coffee also delicious.

Very good value for money, friendly staff, very central location, very clean rooms, great bathroom and comfortable beds.

A kettle in the room and tea and coffee would be good and a more comfortable lobby to sit in would be improvements, but otherwise a great hotel

Beautiful hotel. Stunning rooms, excellent breakfast. Yes it's not cheap but the location is great and very convenient (3 mins walk from Wenzlaw Sq)

The hotel location was excellent and convenient to most tourist attractions. We could recommend the facilities and staff also.

Overall we would recommend the hotel. A small quibble would be that, while there are excellent restaurants within easy reach, the hotel itself only offered minimal snack facilities, especially in the evenings. Full breakfast is included in the price that we got with a wide variety of very nice food available to pick from. Oh and one other small quibble, the bar closed at 11:00 pm...!!!

The sheet on the bed was either not big enough to cover the mattress or not made properly...half our head was on the actual mattress.
