Everything! The staff was very nice, provided us with free map. The apartment was newly refurbished and had lovely interior. The location is 5 minutes walk from everywhere interesting and has 2 very good restaurants on the corner. Perfect! Would prefer it over any 5stars hotel!. We were absolutely stunned when we arrived at Residence Prague Centre, it was so central, spacious, set in a beautiful courtyard, the staff were brilliant - nothing too much trouble for them. We literally could not have hoped for anything more.

Lots and lots of near by bars resturants and shopping. That the appartrment that we were in, was in a a qiet and very safe area. And although the weather was very cold the apartment was beautifully warm to come home to.The very friendly staff. Excellent location and rates. So I will strongly recommend this hotel for all of you. In the very center of Prague, near Old Town Square, can't be better.Appartments are huge (about 100m2) and cozy. Personnel is very cool. Great location within easy walking distance to all the main sights: Very spacious! We stayed in the Apartment for 4 and there were two large rooms, 2 beds, 2 sofas and a kitchenette. The accommodations weren't fancy but they were clean and comfortable, and the roominess made up for the lack of character. Note, there is no elevator, so we needed to climb up 3 or 4 flights of stairs each day.Fantastic location central for all main attractions 5 mins from Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and Tesco for supplies if needed. Our apartment was spacious with nice views over Uhelny fountain square. Bed was very comfortable with clean linen which is essential and facilities were adequate, felt safe due to the added bonus of security doors and security guard. Friendly helpful staff. Unfortunately, credit and debit cards are not accepted. Although this is made clear prior to booking, it would be more convenient if they were accepted.There is only one draw back. There is no elevator or lift. So travelers with small baby and perambulators should think before booking. Otherwise everything is just perfect. The bed was just a sofa bed. It was OK for three nights but I would have expected a proper bed, there was plenty of room for one."Reception" is only available during 10am-3pm so you need to call in advance to make arrangements if you are arriving outside of those hours. More accessibility to the reception desk to ask questions would have been more convenient. Microwave would have been an added bonus or a small bench top oven. Unable to watch television due to reception being very poor but we were kindly supplied with a radio.Had problems with the heating and hot water on arrival and had trouble communicating with the staff to advise of the problem - probably worth taking a phrasebook if you don't speak Czech! They were however helpful once they understood!. The staff of the reception,rude and does not want to explain related issue about the apartment.The worse thing is can not find her.Uncomfortable beds, reception desc limited hours presence. reception was closed when we got there. Yes, we were never able to find any hotel staff, also this hotel is more like a weekly live-in apartment rather than a hotel, but this isn't necessarily a bad thing!. difficult to check-in and out. no internet available as advertised.There was a lot of little things that were didn like about the hotel first of all there was no tv in the room which was meant to be there so during the entire time at the hotel we had no tv also the hotel staff didn quite understand what we were asking as there engish was poor and we had to find out infomation about certain questions ouselves and we were nearly ripped of with the price of the hote. 1) Knowledge of English. 2) No baby bed in our room, contrary to what had been agreed on via e-mail. The lady at the reception suggested the baby sleep on a sofa! After demaning the bed or money back, a janitor of a kind managed to find a dusty, broken baby bed in a storage room. (Fixed it myself...) 3) The sickening cigarette smellandnoise from the 24h-bar below. 4) Early check-outandno luggage room. It was not mentioned that it is an apartment and not a hotel. The room was on the first floor (around 60 steep steps), no elevator. No clean towels were given. Thr check in was at 430. It wasn't really clean...The reception should remain more hours open. I had to make a call in order to arrange the check out. The strip show bar next to the hotel was a little incovenient but no problem has been caused. I booked my apartment, but we slept in a different one (10 min walk).Opposite a bottle and paper bank so a bit noisy. The rooms and foyer were rather sombre. Lacked a bit of character. We had a problem with a lock to the room and we had to pay for a technician to come and repair the lock. We had left one key on the inside of the door and then one could not open the door from the outside. We did not think that it was our problem, but the hotel insisted on us paying for having the door opened. We paid EURO 40,-. no resource person available 24 hours. no airconditioning, no service, very difficult to find their office and not always they are there in opening hours. Also appartment is difficult to find. Also their very good rate on czech money, 360 euro got to be 400 euro when you paid in czk!!! So bring euros whit you for payment!!. The bathroom and shower were old and needed cleaning but for the price I couldnt really complain. the photos on your website made it look a lot nicer than it was. After paying for the hotel, the last day they made me pay for 300 kurons more as they said the euro went down.... TV, electrical fan wasn't working, shower wasn't properly installed and the BandB was next to brothel......Not having a reception at all and the language barrier was a problem. Mentioned that the television did not work and nothing was done (not that this caused a problem for us). Also the bed was supported by concrete blocks which felt like it was going to collapse at any moment. We would have slept in the other bed but were told not too or incur an additional charge for cleaning the bedding. It was a large apartment with very por facilities. Cable TV though listed did not work. Nor did hairdryer nor 3 lights.Shower was taped to wall and there was no 'service'. We were moved to another part of the hotel which we were not informed about until our arrival. We had to change our airport transfer address due to this. The room was very small and did not have full kitchen facilities which was expected. 1) No people to receive us at the appartment, despite we remarked on the booking that we would arrive late (20:00); 2) The appartment the manager arranged to us by phone was very different from the one I booked; 3) In fact, since it was much smaller, I had to sleep on the sofa (all nights)...the lack of good service, the good attention and the worst treatment...besides is not an hotel, is a pension and you have to go upstairs like 5 floors with all your baggage to install your staff in this place.... Pictures do not correspondent to hotel at all. It's a lottery where you stay, because Prague Center are a few terrible apparments rented or owned (no idea) by some agency. This agency place you either to these appartments or somewhere else. Another interesting thing is we had to pay in advance and only in cash. No reception, only very little room.Staff is very rude (ukranian) with no behavior.

These lovely apartments are located in a medieval court yard in the heart of Prague. Close to all major sights, shopping areas and the main business district. It is an ideal location to start your discovery of Prague. The apartments are fully furnished and can accommodate up to 8 people. It also features a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a completely equipped kitchen, satellite TV and a DVD player.
All apartments are very similar and some accessory can change,
please inform us before if you have some particular request.

Travelling information

The best solution about transfer from the airport,
It's easy, fast and cheaper.Just at the exit of the airport
there are many white minibus called " AIRPORT-CENTRUM "
(in red written).
You can choose just one, is the same (maximum 9 persons).
It cost 500 czk total for 4 persons (about 15 euro) and 1000 czk total ( about 30 euro) for 8-9 persons.
from the airport to center is about 25 Km.
After you'll give the address of the apartment to the driver and you'll be there in about 20 minutes, there we will wait you.
NOTES:
- If you want you can take bus n.119 (until 22.00 hours) from the Airport to Dejvicka bus stop.
After From Dejvicka you can take metro for center station called MUSTEK (is closer the apartments)
- If you want a private driver that wait you at the airport with a paper sheet with your name written
you can reserve by mail some day before. It cost 30 euro total each way ( about 30 Km is airport-center)
