I have known this hotel before I booked it on your web site. I love to stay there. But one has to know, which room to book. Since I like authenticity, original furniture and decent decor, I like this hotel. I love window in the bathroom, which they have. I do not care that this hotel does not have an elevator, breakfast is not so perfect and staff is small, services are not so important to me.

The staff were very friendly, courteous and were mostly conversant in English. They were also very helpful in giving directions to the places we wanted to visit in Prague. The location of the hotel was also perfect since it is central to all the must-see places like the Prague Castle, St Nicholas Church, the Old Town, and of course, the Charles Bridge. The room and breakfast were also superb.

Quite difficult to bring our stuff up the room since the hotel does not have an elevator. Some of the inclusions for a double deluxe room advertised in this website such as free champagne and Sphere card were not given to us by the hotel since they said that it was not part of our package even though we showed them a print-out of the booking.com confirmation citing those.

The location of the hotel was excellent; our room looked out over Charles Bridge and was perfectly situated for exploring Prague. The room itself was fantastic- beamed ceilings, huge bed, jacuzzi....

central location,friendly helpful staff with excellent English, great choice of nearby restaurants, metro station 5/7 mins walk,trams 3 mins walk, boat trip 3 mins walk

repair works on nearby Charles Bridge stated @7.20a.m and rooms on that side of hotel were noisy, poor breakfast selection.

The hotel's location was excellent however we were put on the 4th floor and there was no lift. Also the room was in the attic.

We booked in Sept a double deluxe which was described as a large room20m2.. We were put in a tiny double about 10m2, needed a good dust, nowine or discount card in room. The hotel was fully booked so we werestuck. As we had paid a good rate the staff member also refused toreduce the room rate any further. We also had a huge issue with parkingand paid 40 Euro to park nearby on the 1st day.
