Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

Location of the hotel is amazing, you are in the center of everything and a cozy place to stay. I think it's not a good idea to stay at this hotel in summer because there is no AC and to open the windows it is not a good solution as the hotel is located in a very busy area and the noises coming from everywhere, so it will be impossible to sleep. They even emailed us a few days before we left to see if we wanted a transfer from the airport. could be handy for those with no Czech or arriving at odd times, to also send a shopping list for groceries to to bought for arrival - i.e. milk, coffee, bread... though
