They were very helpful. We arrived very soon in the morning and they let us leave our luggage in the reception. We also leave very soon in the morning and Andreas was there in case we need any help.

The location can hardly be better with the Old Town, Charles Bridge, and Mala Strana all within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful and the garage, while a bit expensive, is a must for this part of town if one is driving into Prague. It's difficult to say anything negative about this splendid hotel.
Right from the initial check in (where we arrived without luggage,
courtesy of Air France) the staff were friendly & helpful. The mini
suite (Number 105) was stylishly furnished with all the necessary
facilities and a fully equipped kitchen although we only used the
kettle!! Great location, close to all the tourist sites, bars &
excellent restaurants. We will definitely visit this hotel again.
