They were very helpful. We arrived very soon in the morning and they let us leave our luggage in the reception. We also leave very soon in the morning and Andreas was there in case we need any help.

We were given a huge room, more like a suite. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Very pleasant, professional, helpful staff. Liked the location very close to Wenceslas square. This hotel is a favorite of mine in Prague. Has a very luxurious feel to it. All the rooms are different, so you get something new each time you stay. Staff are friendly and speak English. They have a new parking location for guests which is much closer than when I stayed here in 2011. The breakfast room is very cute and cozy as well.
