  Very friendship receptionist let us go in even we went for hour earlier and it very nice to live in the center of the city where you can walk for every sights. - Everything was alright. Staff were helpfull and friendly.Rooms were clean.

  Overall this was a wonderful hotel. Jan at the front desk spoke excellent English & was extremely friendly & helpful, very patient as we bombarded him with questions. T... what people say » he best thing about this hotel is location. Located just off Wenceslas square its a short walk to old town & the astronomical clock. Also close to - Location couldn't be bettered. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, speaking very good English and Russian. Good facilities, with free tea, coffee and juice provided throughout the day and evening. Buffet breakfasts good, especially croissants which were better than many I have tasted in Paris.

  Perfect ratio price/location. Hostel's situated nearby Prague 1 and it's 5 minutes walk to get to the underground station. Everything was good except doorways between rooms which are quite thin and the noise coming from one room is strongly spreading to another.   My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager is very nice to talk with (he even brought me orange juice!). The Icon Boutique hotel is for me an hotel which I could actually live in. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.
